The key contact strategy for clients is to dial the prospects number to have them speak to the agent. Call attempts vary from 5-12 times, it is after these efforts of dialling we are looking to pass this lead to the virtual agent. The communication to the prospect via the VA will be via email. This email will be in the format of a “normal text” email from outlook or gmail etc. It will be sent from the Agent or Organisation and have the signature of the pre-sales VA.The content of the email will be very light touch in nature with the goal of generating a response back via email to the agent to arrange the next call.
