We have experienced growth from within our key client accounts, as a result, are building our client services team. You will be primarily supporting the Account Director (and business partner) ensuring the best client service in the market. We win business by delivering results for clients, innovation, and high customer service levels.
You will be experienced in a digital agency, personable, highly organised and a team player.
A strong background in Performance media will set you up well for the solutions you will offer our clients
- 5-8+ years account management or service (which must be in Digital)
- Experience within Performance media, programmatic buying, Email, data marketing, affiliate marketing
- Numerate and analytical
- Experience and knowledge of the Australian market with an existing contact network of industry leaders
- Team player
- Live within the internet environment
- Degree qualified or equivalent
- Proficient in all MS Office Programmes particularly excel
